The Applicati0n Process
To help you understand the application process, below is a brief overview:
1. Information Gathering
Provide your resume and arrange a meeting with us. We will discuss your expectations, interests, career plans, qualifications and employment background. The initial interview will be a phone meeting with one of our recruiters, then a video or in-person office interview.
2. Client Presentation
If you’re qualified for a position with one of our clients, we’ll represent you to the hiring manager and arrange interviews.
3. Offer
When you reach the offer stage, we will work with you and the hiring company to arrive at an acceptable compensation & benefits package. If no offer is made or accepted, we will continue to partner with you until you find the right opportunity.
