The Placement Process
Working with us is easy as 1, 2, 3. The following is a brief overview:
1. Information Gathering
We discuss your hiring needs and gather information such as the job description, salary range and benefits package, education/skill requirements, company culture, management expectations, etc. If it is a search that we both agree to pursue together, we’ll provide you with a written agreement which outlines our fee structure and terms. You will not be charged a fee until a successful placement is made.
2. Recruitment and Identification
After consulting with you, we reach out to our professional network and see if anyone is qualified and interested. We actively identify, recruit and screen candidates based on your requirements.
3. Interviews & Offer
We provide you with detailed information of qualified candidates and coordinate the interviews between you and the candidate(s) you’re interested in. If everything goes well through the interview process and there’s mutual interest, we’ll go over your compensation & benefits package offer. If not, we go back to Step 2 until you find the right person.

Our temp consultants can help ease the stress and provide additional assistance during those busy times of the year. If our temp consultants are interested, you may have the option to convert them to direct-hire employees.
